Privacy Policy

• Your account. Your name, email address, the organization you were invited under, your role, and the date and time you last signed in.
• Sign-in records. We email a one-time code to sign you in and record that the sign-in happened. We do not store the code after it is used or expires.
• How you use it. A record of the actions you take in the platform — such as tracking a market, saving a business case or changing an alert — and when you took them. These records are tied to your account.
• What you enter. The markets you track and watch, the weightings you choose for the scores, the flags and notes you add, the business cases you save, your alert settings, the parcels you save — their names, locations, lot counts and search radius — and the questions you ask the analyst, typed or spoken.
• Technical data. Ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device type, kept by our infrastructure providers for security and reliability.

We do not collect payment card details in StrategemSignal — no card is ever entered into the platform. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking on it.

• to sign you in and keep your account secure;
• to show you your own markets, scores, business cases and saved parcels, and to answer your questions;
• to send you the alerts and summaries you have asked for;
• to operate, support, troubleshoot and improve the platform, including understanding which features are used;
• to contact you about your account, access or support requests; and
• to meet our legal obligations and to enforce our terms.

We do not use your questions, your business cases or your saved parcels to build products for anyone else, and we do not show one customer’s entries or questions to another.

StrategemSignal sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary — without it the platform cannot tell who you are. There are no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.

Besides sign-in codes, StrategemSignal emails you the alerts and weekly summaries you turn on in your settings, and we may email you about your account. You can switch alert email off in the platform at any time.

We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions and only for the purpose described:

• an application hosting provider and a database provider, which store and serve the platform and its data;
• an email delivery provider, which sends your sign-in codes, alerts and account email;
• an AI model provider, which receives the question you ask the analyst — including your audio if you speak to it — together with the figures needed to answer, and returns the answer. The same provider writes the short market descriptions shown in the platform from our own market data, which contains no information about you; and
• a mapping provider, whose background map your browser loads directly when you open a map, and which therefore sees your IP address and the area of the map you are viewing.

The AI model provider is used through its business interface, whose terms do not permit content submitted through it to be used to train its models. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise.

Your account, the content you entered and your usage records are kept while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as we need them to run the business, resolve disputes and meet our legal obligations. Ask us and we will delete your account and the content you entered.

Access is by invitation and by one-time code — there is no password to guess or reuse. Data is encrypted in transit, and access to the production database is limited to the people who operate the platform. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Write to strategemsignalsupport@strategem.pro and you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can delete your saved parcels, business cases and flags yourself at any time inside the platform. Depending on where you live — California and several other states among them — you may have these rights by law; we honor the same requests from everyone, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

StrategemSignal and its providers operate in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States.

StrategemSignal is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and we will tell you through the platform or by email if the change is material.
